I wasn’t ready to commit to one skilled trade, but I knew I wanted to work in homebuilding while I decided what’s next, so this is a great gig for me.

This is the best of on-the-job training because you get to see it all! A trades helper is someone who is always ready to lend a hand on site as a labourer assisting the skilled tradespersons on various construction sites. Working as part of a team and helping to solve problems is the skill you bring to help get the job done.
