We’re pointing the spotlight at one of our member companies, Naikoon in North Vancouver and its leader, Joe Geluch.
Joe is a BCIT carpentry alumnus who began his career working on construction sites after high school. He’s a Red Seal Carpenter and Gold Seal Project Manager who has been involved with CHBA at all levels; local, provincial, and national.
Today, Joe is the President of Naikoon, a high-performance, award-winning home-building company. Naikoon is a full-service company that builds many high-efficiency Net Zero and Passive House projects throughout BC.
